Club Survey: Results

Thank you to the 60+ people who responded to this year's Club Survey. Your feedback is important to help the Committee understand your experience at the club and how to improve it.

The Club Survey closed on 20th January and initial results were published on 26th January. There is a brief summary below and more detail in the attachments towards the bottom of the page.

You told us some of the things you most enjoy about the club: (see wordcloud graphic above)

• Friendly, family atmosphere
• Welcoming and inclusive
• Growth opportunities
• Social atmosphere

You told us you liked the new club-provided home teas and the quality of the food.

You told us that the club and members broadly adhere to the Club Purpose and Club Values, but also highlighted some exceptions.

The main concerns you told us about related to coaching, training and selection - see the second attachment below for how your committee has tried to address these and other concerns highlighted in the survey.
