All members of Wilmslow Hockey Club and Wilmslow Lacrosse Club are automatically members of Wilmslow Phoenix Sports Club (WPSC).
WPSC is responsible for the day-to-day running and upkeep of the grounds, clubhouse and bar, and for making the improvements around the site that make playing sport at Oakwood Farm such a pleasure. Without WPSC, this work would fall to the hockey and other sports sections to plan and organise for themselves.
This notice is to invite you to the AGM of WPSC. A quorum of 30% of all senior members is required for a properly convened Annual General Meeting.
WPSC will also be pleased to welcome members of associate sections and other interested parties to the AGM to hear what has been going on this year.
The agenda is published below: if you have questions or there is anything you would like to raise at the meeting, please let the WPSC Hon. Secretary, Penny Sparrow, know. Please also send apologies for non-attendance at the AGM to Penny by clicking Penny's contact link below.
All committee positions are up for re-election and several are vacant and need filling.
