What a good game.

We had first push back and started well. Our game plan was put into action; passing, posting up and supporting each other well. To go one nil down was against the run of play.

The equalizer came from a long pass from Tracy to me, one on one with the keeper, I had the choice of a V-drag or Johnny side-step then a shot…Or slip it to Cat as she sprinted into the D. Good choice, the keeper came out to me as I passed to Cat and she slapped it into the back of the net.

The half-time talk and some sour snakes set us up for more good hockey. The second goal was scored by Emma, a belting shot from a short corner. Sugar must be the antidote to Tequila?

Despite strong defending and some great saves from Rhi, the final score was 2-2.
