Seeking New Sponsors

We need help from all our club members and parents!

Our club is  highly dependent on sponsorship from the local community: 

• Are you using our existing sponsors’ services and discounts? 
• Do you have contacts with local organisations who might become sponsors?

We want to continue to develop long term  partnerships with local businesses who are generous enough to  sponsor the club. This helps us tackle soaring operational costs and allows us to invest in new equipment, more coaching, the clubhouse, social events, free teas after games and many other things that promote the growth and family feel of the club. 

Please help us by doing the following:

1/ Use our sponsors' services and discounts:  support our existing sponsors so that they see a return on their investment and stay with us. Discounts include: ( see sponsor page for full details)

• Crow Hockey: 40% off hockey sticks (use code WHCStick) and 20% off all equipment (WHCEquip)
• Mizuno: up to 25% off hockey shoes
• Oxygen Freejumping: 15% off (use code WILMSLOWHC15) - ends in October
• Chelsea Flowers: 10% off (use code WHC10)

For other sponsors  we need to show that the club is bringing in new business for them:

• Orbit Developments: let us know if you or your organisation is considering new retail or office rental space.
• Business Support Centre: let us know if you or your organisation needs to reduce energy, water or waste bills 
• Manchester Grammar School: let us know if friends or family are considering the school (we have several members at MGS)
• Analysis Legal: let us know if you or your organisation needs employment legal support (ending soon!)

2/ Help us with introductions/connections to new organisations: we have attracted several new organisations as sponsors recently and others are showing interest. But we really  need more connections and introductions from our members/parents:

• Every one of our members has multiple connections within their friends, family or work networks
• Who do you know who might be interested in visibility of their brand to over 10,000 people pa whilst supporting a local sports club?  
• Do you have an idea for who could sponsor any of our M2s, L2/3/4/5s and the full junior section (6-15 years old)?
• Please do ask friends and family and see what leads you can help generate.
