Club Survey: Results

Thank you to the 40 people who responded to this year's Club Survey. Your feedback is important to help the Committee understand your experience at the club and how to improve it.

There is a brief summary of the results below and more detail in the attachment at the bottom of the page.

You told us some of the things you most enjoy about the club:

• Playing hockey as part of a team
• Friendly, family atmosphere
• Welcoming for new members
• Facilities at our site
• Social atmosphere

More respondents would recommend the club to friends or relations compared to last year (NPS 35 vs 19.5 last year).

You told us what you thought we need to improve:

• Coaching/training: including more support for Holly
• Recruitment: especially men’s section
• Selection: more transparency and consistency
• Discipline: hold players to account for poor behaviour on the pitch – esp. men’s section
• Clubhouse: improve the changing areas
• Socials: More and new socials; more integration between all the sections

You told us that the club and members broadly adhere to the Club Purpose and Club Values, but also highlighted some exceptions.

You wanted to recognise our amazing volunteers by name including:
